Privacy Policy
SUMAHAA is a saree discovery service. We collect only the information needed to provide search, saved items, seller services and a safer, more useful experience.
Photos and visual search
Photos you submit are processed to validate the image and find possible saree matches. A temporary copy may be securely hosted only for the time required by the visual-search provider, then removed or allowed to expire. We do not publish your uploaded photo or use it as a catalogue image without separate permission.
Searches and product activity
We may record privacy-safe events such as a search being performed, the number of results, a product being opened, an outbound retailer visit and whether a match was useful. We do not store the uploaded image in these analytics. This information helps us improve weak searches and broken journeys.
Accounts and favourites
Guest favourites are stored in your browser. If you connect an account, saved product identifiers may also be stored in our database so they can appear on your signed-in devices. A saved retailer item may later be marked unavailable, but its record can remain so you understand what changed.
Service providers and external stores
SUMAHAA uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and operational analytics, and may use visual-search or AI providers to process a request. Retailer links take you to external websites governed by their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can remove guest favourites in the browser, avoid signing in, or ask us about access or deletion of information connected to your email. We do not sell personal information.
